Etruss Solutions Pty Ltd have moved in a new direction & have chosen to provide carpenters and builders with a new service that will make your wall framing jobs simpler, faster and more cost effective. For a nominal fee, Etruss Solutions Pty Ltd will provide you with the same designs that are made available to our factory staff. This design data will provide you with stock information, exact sizes and quantities. Taking away the headaches of spending hours working out timber take offs and studying the framing manual to work out lintel sizing. The whole job will be designed by our powerful Mitek Software, providing an accurate take off of timber required and precision frame lengths.
Whether we are working off the plan, or from measurements confirmed on site, you will have the confidence in knowing that your frames will meet your exact requirements to match your project.

Etruss Solutions Pty Ltd can also supply the timber required based on the designs, to speed up your construction process, and to speed up productivity, we can take care of the production of the frames as well, and have our factory manufacture them for you in our state of the art factory.

This service is designed to free up your time and allow you to invest it in other areas of the construction process. The only time required on behalf of the builder/carpenter, is to double check the designs before being finalised. All information will be collected from you prior to designs being produced to ensure that we are meeting your exact requirements.

All frames are designed in accordance with AS1684, and all lintels to single storey structures and first floor frames are designed by our detailers, all lower level lintels are designed as per the engineer’s drawings.

Sub floors may also be designed in the same manner allowing you to accurately locate services, and allocate exact timber quantities, saving on waste and cost. Report outputs can be customised to suit your requirements as well. Please see below for a sample of what you would expect to receive as part of this service.
